TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS
These Terms and Conditions establish a binding agreement between the K3 Group of Organisations and its customers. Please note that participation in any lottery or gambling activity is entirely voluntary. The K3 Group of Organisations neither promotes nor mandates participation. Any illegal activities undertaken by individuals are their sole responsibility.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Digital Ticket Purchase: If you purchase tickets through our official selling agent, you will receive a valid digital ticket via email or WhatsApp. This ticket will be recorded in our online ledger to confirm its authenticity.
1.2 Ticket Authenticity: A ticket’s authenticity is guaranteed only if purchased from an authorized K3 Group of Organisations agent. We strongly advise caution against fraudulent claims on social media. Always confirm the payment account details with our verified agents before making any payments.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Payment Responsibility: Customers are required to make payments directly to the verified selling agents of the K3 Group of Organisations. The K3 Group is not responsible for any losses or incorrect payments made to unauthorized accounts or individuals.
2.2 Verification of Payment Details: Before making any transactions, customers must verify payment details with verified agents. The K3 Group is not liable for payments made to fraudsters or unverified entities.
2.3 Payment Confirmation: After successfully making a payment, customers must share the payment details, including the transaction ID, with the selling agent.
3. GAMEPLAY TERMS
3.1 Event Management: The scheduling and conduct of lucky draws or gift coupons are managed solely by the organizing committee. The K3 Group of Organisations will not be held responsible for any postponements, cancellations, or discrepancies related to gameplay.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Organizing Committee Cancellations: If an event is canceled by the organizing committee, customers will receive a refund through the original mode of payment or in cash, as applicable.
4.2 Late or Non-payment: Timely payment is essential. Failure to pay on time will result in the automatic cancellation of the ticket.
4.3 Fraudulent Activity: Any ticket will be canceled if the customer is found to have engaged in criminal activities such as misrepresentation, cheating, or fraud during the payment process.
5. TICKET VALIDITY
5.1 Authorized Ticket Purchase: Only tickets purchased from official selling agents and bearing the proper signature of the K3 Group of Organisations are considered valid. Beware of purchasing from unauthorized sources, as these tickets will be deemed invalid.
